Cynthia Schneider

C. L. Schneider is an award-winning indie author of immersive fantasy fiction. While her main focus is dark, epic and urban fantasy for adults, she also pens page-turning tales of horror, often with an apocalyptic slant. Her stories feature flawed, complex characters battling their inner demons as they struggle with real-world problems in fantastical settings.

Born in a small Kansas town on the Missouri river, Schneider grew up in a house of avid readers and overflowing bookshelves. Her first full-length novel took shape in high school, on a typewriter in her parent's living room. She currently resides in New York’s scenic Hudson Valley region.
