| I’ve loved telling stories since my early teens, but had a very long hiatus for a profession in nursing and bringing up two children. I’ve moved on from the nursing and the children have moved on from the house leaving me to be dominated by five cats and two dogs. The hubby still works, so I finally have time to fall back into my earlier passion for writing. I mainly write short stories or flash fiction at the moment and the occasional poem, but I do have a couple of longer works in progress. My love of fantasy, sci fi and paranormal fiction usually has an influence on my stories. My short story ‘The Book’ was a runner up in the Michael Terence Publishing Summer 2020 competition. |
