Roy T James(born1957) started writing on retirement from Indian Navy in 2013 after a career spanning 34 years, during which he had the opportunity to come across a true cross section of the world, as colleagues, subordinates and superiors, including quite a few from other countries. Every second person, during those years, that one had to do business with being from entirely different backgrounds and thereby opening up a keleidoscopic depiction of society, he couldn’t but reflect on human transactions in many colors, each, a potential book or its part.
